Move First Coaching
Move First Coaching is an approach to Health and Wellness Coaching that puts movement habits and movement health at the heart of the healthcare journey for any person or patient looking to change their health and transform their life.
We do this by putting movement, first. We help people lower their risk of death and disability, improve pain, and lose weight. All through measurable movement based interventions, proven to improve physical and mental health.
For measurement, we use a free fitness tracking app and recommend all patients connect a reliable heart rate monitoring device to their app for the first few months as as they learn how to rely on heart rate data to inform their decisions.
